This kit (BW-MR6535-A32) consists of pre-loaded 96-well plates designed for automatic extraction of Viral DNA , such as African swine fever virus(ASFV), hepatitis B virus(HBV), herpes simplex virus(HSV), human papilloma virusHPV, etc. Used in conjunction with an automatic nucleic acid extraction system, viral DNA from up to 96 samples like serum, plasma, milk, body fluid, cell culture medium, swab, tissue homogenate, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and so on can be quickly purified. The purified viral DNA can be used directly for downstream experiments such as PCR detection and high-throughput next generation sequencing.
